What would we actually work on?
We agree a specific focus based on your business. That might be your priorities, sales follow-up, team responsibilities, delegation or the decisions taking up too much of your time. Each conversation should lead to a clear next step.
What does coaching cost?
The usual rate is AED 2,500 per hour. Your first 60-minute call is a special offer at AED 1,000, saving AED 1,500. This offer is for your first call only. Any ongoing coaching is agreed separately.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Not happy at the end of your first call? Tell me I suck and I’ll refund the lot. Tell Mark at the end of the call and the full AED 1,000 will be refunded to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the refund appears.
Will you do the work for me?
The core is coaching and business mentoring: an outside perspective, practical discussion and accountability. You and your team remain responsible for decisions and implementation. Any separate hands-on work would need an agreed scope.
How do the sessions work?
Coaching can take place online, with the format and frequency agreed before starting. We discuss the priorities, review what happened since the previous conversation and decide what needs to happen next.
